"Generic agencies migrate any site to any platform. We only migrate to NEXT.JS + SANITY.
That's not our limitation. It's why we're 30% faster, why we have zero SEO drops, and why clients come back.

CDO at Pagepro
HOW WE MIGRATE YOUR WEBSITE
Migration is not just moving files. We migrate content, architecture, SEO equity, and editorial workflows — in one fixed engagement.
WE AUDIT YOUR CURRENT STACK FOR MIGRATION RISKS
Before we write a line of code
Legacy sites fail during migration in predictable ways. We analyse your codebase and current site before scoping anything.
Full URL crawl — every page inventoried, SEO equity mapped
Content types and CMS structure analysed for Sanity migration
Core Web Vitals benchmarked
You get a Migration Readiness Report before any commitment
WE MIGRATE YOUR CONTENT — NOT JUST YOUR CODE
Content first, always
Every piece of content, every media asset, every redirect. Moved to Sanity with a schema designed for your editorial team's actual workflows.
Full content + media migration to Sanity
301 redirect map generated from old URL structure
Redirect management built into Sanity Studio — no dev needed
Editorial schema designed for your team's publishing patterns
WE BUILD ON NEXITY — NOT FROM SCRATCH
30% faster than generalist agencies
Every Pagepro migration runs on Nexity, our proprietary Next.js + Sanity starter. 20+ migrations of production patterns, pre-built.
Next.js App Router + TypeScript strict + TurboRepo monorepo
30+ pre-built content blocks — no reinventing the wheel
SEO out of the box: metadata, OG, sitemap, structured data
Core Web Vitals target: 90/100 Lighthouse Mobile baseline
We prepare the application for real users
Production-ready, not staging-ready
The final week is pure validation — not rushed deployment. We don't ship until the site is genuinely ready for your users.
QA against all pre-agreed acceptance criteria
Lighthouse 95+ verified pre-launch
Redirect testing — every old URL checked
Editor training delivered — your team owns the CMS from day one
Architecture documentation handed over
Production-Ready in 4 Weeks. Guaranteed.
f your site can be migrated within the standard 4-week Nexity engagement, we commit to a production-ready handover — or we keep working until it is, at no additional cost.
If the audit shows a longer engagement is needed, we tell you upfront. Fixed scope. Fixed price. Agreed before any code is written.
No vague timelines. No open-ended retainers.
Just a production-ready Next.js + Sanity site in four weeks.
Nexity: Our Proprietary Framework
Other agencies start your project from scratch. We don't. Here's what that means for you:
WHAT YOU GET WITH NEXITY | WHAT YOU RISK WITHOUT IT |
70% faster delivery — proven architecture, ready from day one | Months of setup time billed to you before real work begins |
48h live demo built with your actual content, not a template | Generic demos that tell you nothing about your actual project |
Zero SEO ranking drops — redirects and metadata handled by default | Rankings lost to redirect errors and missing metadata post-launch |
Content editors independent from day one — no dev dependency after handoff | Editors still raising tickets for copy changes weeks after launch |
No reinventing the wheel — solved problems stay solved across every project | Same architectural decisions made (and charged for) from scratch each time |
Official Sanity & Vercel partner — early access to features your competitors don't have yet | Working with a team that's still figuring out the stack on your timeline |
WHY PAGEPRO FOR WEBSITE MIGRATION
Generalist agencies migrate any site. We migrate content-heavy sites to Next.js + Sanity — and have done it 20+ times.
NEXT.JS + SANITY SPECIALISTS
We don't offer 'any platform'. We've delivered 20+ migrations to the same stack. Pattern recognition makes us
materially faster and safer than a generalist.
ZERO SEO RISK
0 SEO ranking drops across all migrations on record. We built redirect management directly into the CMS — editors manage 301s without touching code.
COLLABORATIVE MODEL
We work alongside your internal team — not instead of it. Full docs, shared standards, code reviews.
No black-box handover. Your team owns the codebase.

We've absolutely seen an increase in development velocity with the Pagepro team, through initial development and even into the initial weeks of our first SLA. I don't really have a number of hours to represent that increase, but as the one who oversees operations of development, I can confirm the turnaround time from ideation to feature launch has been a marked improvement upon our previous development solution.
Pagepro was excellent from a project management perspective, thanks to their budget flexibility and timely adherence to our deadlines.
As a Nextjs Development Company Pagepro exhibited strong execution. They understood our technical goals and our desired performance metric. They were also very detail-oriented, and helped us achieve the KPIs we set for the project, including a lighter website, increased speed, and better SEO ranking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my SEO rankings drop during a website migration?
Not with Pagepro. We have zero SEO ranking drops across all 20+ migrations on record. Every migration includes a full URL crawl, comprehensive 301 redirect mapping, analytics benchmarking, and post-launch monitoring. Redirect management is built into Sanity Studio so editors manage 301s without developer involvement — permanently.
How much does a website migration service cost?
We charge a fixed price agreed after a free Migration Readiness Assessment — before any code is written. Small projects start from $15,000. Projects with full data migration and complex content architectures start from $30,000. We also offer a Nexity Architecture Audit at $1,500–$2,500 as a lower-commitment entry point.
How long does a website migration take?
Our standard Nexity-powered migration is 4 weeks to production-ready. Week 1: Discovery, live demo, fixed scope confirmed. Week 2: Content migration to Sanity and redirect mapping. Week 3: Core pages built on Nexity, staging live. Week 4: QA, Lighthouse verification, editor training, handover. Custom integrations are scoped in Sprint 2.
What platforms can you migrate from?
Pagepro migrates from any legacy, slow, or unmaintainable stack — WordPress, custom PHP, Drupal, legacy monoliths, no/low-code platforms. We always migrate to the same destination: Next.js on Vercel with Sanity as the headless CMS. This specialisation is what makes us faster and safer than a generalist.
What is included in your SEO migration service?
Full URL crawl and page inventory, analytics benchmarking, comprehensive 301 redirect mapping, internal link updates, canonicalisation, duplicate content removal, Search Console verification, and post-migration monitoring. Plus: SEO, metadata, Open Graph, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and structured data out of the box on every Nexity build.
