An unexpected error occurred
You know you need to move. Something keeps stopping you.
The hesitation is always the same. Here's what we hear — and how Nexity answers each one.
"What if we lose our Google rankings?"
A poorly managed migration can destroy years of SEO work. URL changes, missing redirects, dropped metadata — any one of them is a traffic risk.
"The last quote was 6 months and a blank cheque."
Generic agencies build everything from scratch, estimate in hours, and expand scope as they go. You can't plan a budget around a moving target.
"Our team waits days for a developer to change a headline."
Legacy stacks were never designed for modern editorial velocity. Every campaign, every update, every seasonal change — blocked by a dev queue.
"We've been planning this migration for 18 months."
Without a clear process and a fixed scope, migrations stay permanently "upcoming." Meanwhile the technical debt compounds every quarter.

We were 18 months into our migration project with zero production deployments. Pagepro gave us a working Next.js + Sanity build in 4 weeks — all content migrated, SEO intact, and our editors were autonomous from week one."
A production-ready foundation in 4 weeks. Then we build.
We don't promise a finished product in 4 weeks — we promise a solid, deployable foundation with all your content migrated and core features working. Custom integrations and advanced functionality come in structured sprints after, scoped and estimated upfront.
How scoping works:
The 4-week engagement is fixed price, defined after your free assessment. Sprint 2+ work is scoped at the end of week 4— you see exactly what's next and what it costs before committing to anything further.

Pagepro was excellent from a project management perspective, thanks to their budget flexibility and timely adherence to our deadlines.
Apart from their technical skill and proficiency, which I really appreciate, Pagepro is very honest. Having a partner that we can trust and get to know has been critically important for us, especially since we’re working with a remote team. I trust them, and I’m very confident about their work, so I would highly recommend them.
Pagepro exhibited strong execution. They understood our technical goals and our desired performance metric. They were also very detail-oriented, and helped us achieve the KPIs we set for the project, including a lighter website, increased speed, and better SEO ranking.

Things people ask before they start
Will we lose Google rankings during the migration?
This is the most common concern — and a valid one. Nexity includes redirect management built into Sanity Studio, and we run a full SEO audit before go-live. Across 20+ migrations we have zero post-migration ranking drops on record. We monitor rankings for 30 days post-launch as standard.
You say "foundation in 4 weeks" — what's not done yet?
After 4 weeks: all content migrated, core pages and journeys built, editors trained, and the site deployable. Custom integrations, advanced features, and edge cases are scoped in Sprint 2 — which we define and price at the end of week 4.
We have custom integrations on our current stack. What happens to them?
We audit all integrations in week one — analytics, CRMs, ecommerce, search, forms. Most have well-supported Next.js equivalents. Anything unusual is flagged in the assessment, before scope is set. Nothing gets assumed away.
What does "fixed price" mean — what's not included?
Fixed price means scope is agreed upfront and the price doesn't change unless the scope changes — with your explicit approval. The assessment is free. You only see a price after the audit, and you only pay if you proceed. Sprint 2+ work (custom integrations, advanced features) is scoped separately at handover.
How much time does our team need to invest?
Typically 2–3 hours per week from a decision-maker for reviews and approvals. Our PM runs the process. You don't need a developer on your side — though if you have one, we work collaboratively.
Can our marketing team edit the site without developers?
That's a core outcome. Sanity Studio's page builder, live preview, and structured content means your team is fully autonomous from day one. We include a full editor training session at handover.
